Family support group

This is a support group for people who have a family member with mental illness. The group will be led by a non-professional who has a family member with mental illness. The group will also be monitored by a mental health professional. He will be participating as part of his own continued professional development, not to solicit clients.

This is an “open-ended” group – come when you can, when you need support. There are not any fees or donations to participate in the group.

Like similar support groups, all participants agree to anonymity, respect and privacy for each other.
